Integrated Cards and Labels
An integral card or label within a form can add additional value in presentation and can improve despatch, whilst highlighting your company profile.
Whether you’re a smaller user or require a high speed product these forms have been developed to be fully laser compatible.
Previously there were two costs involved in the making of these products, one cost for forms, and then another cost for cards or labels. Now time and money can be saved through the use of an integrated product. The use of vegetable based ink demonstrates that the product aims to be environmentally friendly, whilst still providing exceptional quality to clients. Consistent quality of colour between the cards and labels means that perfect for a marketing campaign and, of course, your corporate logo. Imagine also having a postage paid impression printed on your documents or any printed integrated labels. This would reduce the amount of toner cartridges you use and is likely to speed up the laser printer in terms of personalised forms per hour. This helps to make your pick and pack operation more efficient.
Minimise errors in picking and despatch using an integrated label by personalising simultaneously
Previously the picking and despatch process involved several printed items - a document for picking, a delivery note, an address label and an invoice. Depending on which kinds of software were used, problems could arise if items were not all processed carefully at the same time and checked thoroughly. Integrated labels can help avoid errors caused by confusion in this procedure.
Remember that these documents can be produced to any size or shape required, limited only by your company’s imagination!
