If you catch yourself feeling a little bit shy and insecure, then remind yourself to smile, and you'll instantly be a lot more self-confident. Practice in front of a mirror for 10 minutes. 5) Do things to impress yourself. Do not give a second's thought to what she thinks about you. If you do catch yourself wanting her approval and liking, shout in your head to stop, and move your energy outside of yourself. Not inside your own head.
6) Go in with no intentions at all. Most men blow this quickly when they go out on a date with a really pretty girl and they want to take her home right away. Women can smell that a mile away and will be turned off by you, unless you are really lucky.
7) It's all under your control. If she loses interest in you, it's something you didn't do, or did wrong. If she likes you, at least half of it was what you did and said.
