Are you feeling depressed after the break up? Do you want to be left alone in your room all day to cry or to watch sad movies? Do you lose your appetite or want to eat more? Stop doing all these! There is an easy way to bring your life on track again (and maybe get ex back from your arms) with the following tips.
First, stop communicating with your ex completely. Stop those regular phone calls, text and email messages. Stop sending "I'm sorry" cards and flowers everyday. Stop begging, apologizing and scaring your ex back to you. What if you are the one receiving those things, will you be happy? Better think first about yourself and your life.
Then, start getting out of the house and see friends. It is useless to look at the past. You and your ex must evaluate your lives apart. So rather than counting the stars by your window go out with your friends. Stop thinking about him or her, that problem will come later. Enjoy some minutes in your life and maybe find some attractive girls or guys.
Do something that you love. Continue doing your favorite sport or do some new hobbies like baking and painting. It will help to build your self esteem after the hard break up.
After some weeks, send a mysterious message to your ex. Say things like "Let us meet in your favorite restaurant" or "Thank you for everything" without further explanation. Make sure you know what you want to say to your ex. Be decent enough for the meeting.
Don't show your ex a proxy boyfriend or girlfriend to make him or her jealous. It will make your ex move on because you are clearly moving on. Movies may do this, but it is not effective in real life.
After a date or two, show that you are an improved person. Say your new hobbies or new ideas from your work. Eventually things will go just like before. And maybe you could reminisce your past and make up again for the better.
Remember that there is mo such easy steps to get ex back into your life. If your ex doesn't want to make up, then don't force him or her. Somebody more deserving might knock by your door someday.
